All-Neon-Car-Lights.com's one year warranty protects against manufacturing defects and operational failures. Alterations to the product will void the warranty. We cannot replace products with damaged components due to excessive current draw other then the stated DC 12volt, & 6 amp limit on the switches. Excessive current draw may be caused by increased voltage being applied to the Control Box. After several years, the LEDs may become dimmer. This is a normal aging property of any LED and cannot be replaced under warranty. We do not recommend exposing your LED control box to moisture rich environments.
EXCLUSIONS
This Limited Warranty specifically excludes defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, submersion, theft, vehicle crash, or by any other type of impact. Except for the Limited Warranty stated above, there are no warranties of All-Neon-Car-Lights.com's products or any part thereof, whether express or implied. Any implied warranty of merchantability or any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is expressly disclaimed.
EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES
In no event shall All-Neon-Car-Lights.com be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation to consequential damages, incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, loss of time, inconvenience, or other losses) arising out of the use, misuse, or inability to use an All-Neon-Car-Lights.com product. All-Neon-Car-Lights.com reserves the right to change the design to its products without any obligation to modify any previous product.
REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
If an All-Neon-Car-Lights.com product is suspected of being defective, it must be sent freight prepaid to All-Neon-Car-Lights.com for warranty inspection. A Return Authorization number for the product will be issued by the All-Neon-Car-Lights.com Warranty Department. Your return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the packaging box or it will be refused and returned to the shipper. Return shipping/handling fees for the repaired/replacement product may be required to be paid by the customer. Your full name and a description of the problem must be included on the back of this warranty form.
The returned product will be inspected. If the product is found to be defective and covered by this Limited Warranty, the sole remedy is repair or replacement, at All-Neon-Car-Lights.com's option. A repaired or replacement product will be shipped back, and will be warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for the remainder of the warranty period. Removal, installation, or reinstallation costs are not covered by this Limited Warranty.
If you need assistance with the warranty process, you may contact the All-Neon-Car-Lights.com Warranty Department. If any of the required information is not included with the warranty claim, it will be denied and returned at the cost of the customer.
